TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- All prices F.O.B. Southwest Data Products factory.
- Prices do not reflect state and local taxes where applicable.
- The factory is not responsible for any shipping damage. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted to the carrier.
- Purchase orders — Southwest Data Products must receive written confirmation of all orders prior to shipment. Purchase orders can be faxed, mailed, or sent by telegram.
- Minimum order is $100.00.
Specific written agreements may alter provisions of SWDP Standard Terms and Conditions.
WARRANTY
Southwest Data Products warrants, for a period of one year from the date of shipment, that the Products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials and in conformity with Southwest Data Products' specifications, or any specification provided by the customer and expressly agreed to in writing by Southwest Data Products. In the event of breach of this warranty, upon written notice of such breach by customer to Southwest Data Products, and delivery by customer, at customer's expense, of the defective product to the company, Southwest Data Products will, at its option, repair, or remedy the breach, or replace the defective product.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION POLICY
Repairs: Southwest Data Products will gladly repair or replace, at our discretion, any in-warranty product that proves to be defective.
Credits: Southwest Data Products will issue full credit for returned goods only for those returns that are a result of misshipment by our factory. A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are the result of customer overstock or misorder. Acceptance of a return for overstock is at the discretion of Southwest Data Products. In either case, returned products must be received by our factory within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and in full salable condition.
Custom Orders: Orders for custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Return Authorization Procedure:
- Call Southwest Data Products for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Write your reason for return on the original packing slip (if available) and enclose it with the product being returned.
- Clearly indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items without RMA numbers will be refused by our Receiving Department.
- All returned items must be shipped prepaid to Southwest Data Products' factory.
